Love and Respect Marriage Enrichment Date Nights
Love and Respect by Dr. Emerson and Sarah Eggerichs
A simple but powerful concept: A wife’s driving need is to feel loved. A husband’s driving need is to feel respected. When either of these needs isn’t met, things get crazy. We will explore:
Why spouses react negatively to each other (The Crazy Cycle)
How couples can deal with such conflict quickly, easily and biblically (The Energizing Cycle)
How it can all come full circle (The Reward Cycle).
During the Relationship Realities sermon series, Fall 2018, we touched the tip of the iceberg of Love and Respect. Through the 9 DVD, group discussion and date night sharing with our spouses we will be able to explore more in depth the healing skills of the Energizing Cycle and God’s grace revealed in the Reward Cycle.
